Annual General Meeting – 2019

DUFC is excited to announce their annual AGM has been scheduled!

Sunday February 3, 2019
3-4pm
TG Community Centre Old Lobby 5600 Room

Coffee and Tim bits provided:)

The following positions are available and as of now the people who are in them are letting their name stand:
1) VP
2) 2VP
3) Registrar

The following positions are available and need to be filled:
1) Secretary
2) Treasurer
3) Technical Director
4) Director at large

Non BOD positions that need to be filled:
1) Grassroots Coordinator
2) Equipment Coordinator
3) Fields Coordinator
4) U9-13 Coordinator
5) U15-19 Coordinator
6) Casino Coordinator

These positions are compensated by covering the fees for 1 child per season as our way of saying Thank You.

Come on down and join our family and help us grow as a club!

We will be having a casino this coming summer which helps the club cover the costs for the fields and other club expenses keeping our fees low.
We will be offering each volunteer a $50 credit towards the next season.

We have exciting things coming up including a new registration system for the start of the Outdoor season. With the new system you will need to create a new profile and help us as well by updating your information. Watch for more information coming at the end of the season.
